Tempe Lock & Key is hiring an Entry Level Locksmith in Tempe, Arizona. This contract role offers an annual pay of $50,000 and is perfect for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various lock systems and security devices.
• Assist customers in evaluating their security needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Respond promptly to lockouts and emergencies with professional service.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records for locks and security devices.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and used safely.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex lock and security challenges.
• Stay updated on locksmithing industry advancements and innovations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Own locksmith tools or ability to purchase necessary tools.
• Pass a background check.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a personable demeanor.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common locksmith tools.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Prior locksmith experience is a plus but not required.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Free training is provided but unpaid. Compensation is paid per job completed.
