Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various lock systems and security devices.
• Assist customers in evaluating their security needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Respond promptly to lockouts and emergency situations with professional service.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records for locks and security devices.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and used safely.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex lock and security challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest locksmithing industry advancements and technologies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Own locksmith tools or ability to purchase necessary tools.
• Pass a background check.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with locksmith tools.
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Free unpaid training is provided. Compensation is paid per job completed.
