Key Responsibilities Perform locksmith services including lock installation, repair, and key duplication for residential and commercial clients. Assist customers by diagnosing and resolving lock-related issues with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Maintain organized inventory of locksmith tools and supplies. Learn and apply industry best practices and safety standards in locksmithing techniques. Document service requests and completed work accurately for customer records. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share locksmithing knowledge. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Possession of locksmith tools or ability to acquire them. Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Prior locksmith experience is a plus but not required due to free training. Familiarity with locksmith tools and techniques preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
