About the role

Prosper Region Solutions is seeking an individual to support clients’ promotions through face-to-face marketing and customer engagement-focused sales campaigns. You will represent clients in a customer-facing setting, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to sales and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Represent brands inside major retailers and connect face-to-face with customers to increase brand loyalty.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotional events, and customer acquisition.
• Learn about client products and services to represent them enthusiastically.
• Deliver customer service while driving sales in a retail setting.
• Participate in team meetings, collaborative training, and daily operations.
• Build confidence and communication skills while learning sales and marketing basics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for career development.
• Reliable transportation between surrounding areas.
