Progress residential is seeking an Entry-Level Payment Processing Associate to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this full-time role, you will support our financial operations by ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing. This position offers remote work eligibility and a collaborative work environment focused on delivering superior payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing incoming payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and payment statuses.
• Respond promptly to payment processing inquiries.
• Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in payment transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve payment processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support additional administrative tasks as required.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• No formal education required; experience in related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior customer service experience is desirable.
