Collaborate with the HVAC installation and service teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Conduct basic HVAC system checks and assist in preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our management software. Support the sales team by tracking leads and participating in promotional activities. Participate in training sessions to improve your knowledge of HVAC systems and enhance sales techniques. Engage in continuous communication with team members to foster a positive and effective work environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and explain technical information clearly. Basic understanding of HVAC systems (preferred but not required; training will be provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is advantageous.
