Entry-Level Technician

Tasks

• Travelling to client sites to pick up computer hardware
• Tracking equipment and assets using Excel
• Updating pickup tickets in ServiceNow
• Performing basic hardware checks
• Completing data wiping using an internal tool
• Driving a rented van between client locations

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• 1+ year of experience with Excel and Microsoft Office/M365
• Comfortable travelling between locations throughout the workday
• Preferred: ServiceNow experience
• Preferred: Junior IT, hardware, desktop support, or technical experience

• Contract: Until January 2027

• Onsite
