DEPARTMENT: ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Requirements:
- Biodata (available at The Highlands Camp Main Gate)
- Credentials (at least High School graduate: diploma, TOR, etc.)
- SSS E1 Form / ID
- Pag-IBIG Member's Data Form (MDR) / ID
- PhilHealth Member’s Registration Form (PMRF) / ID
- BIR 1902 Form / TIN ID
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Barangay Clearance
Where to submit requirements: You may submit your completed requirements in person by:
- Leaving them with the submittter at The Highlands Camp Main Gate.
