Job description
Tasks
- Perform lab pack services including chemical segregation, packing, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials
- Conduct chemical inventories, facility inspections, and environmental audits
- Work closely with customers to ensure safe and compliant waste management practices
- Assist with developing standard operating procedures and supporting key client accounts
- Demonstrate leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the field
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Ecology, Marine Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in environmental services, hazardous waste management, and health & safety
- Prior hands-on work experience or customer-facing experience (research-only backgrounds are not preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including handling and packaging chemicals
- OSHA knowledge or certifications are a plus
