Job description
Tasks
- Design, build, test, and support Epic Grand Central and Prelude applications.
- Handle Charge RTE and Prelude build requests and workflow optimization.
- Troubleshoot application issues and manage support tickets.
- Support integration projects, system upgrades, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst.
- Epic Grand Central and Prelude certifications required.
- Experience with Charge RTE build and workflow optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting, application support, and configuration skills.
- Experience supporting healthcare application projects and integrations.
- Preferred: Epic RTE certification.
Schedule

- Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 7 weeks.
