Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst

Tasks

• Design, build, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing configurations.
• Develop and troubleshoot Charge Router rules, charge sessions, and routing logic.
• Configure Claims build, claim edits, payer/plan setup, and 837P output.
• Support Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and PB/HB integration.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot incidents and enhancements while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Active Epic certifications in Professional Billing Administration, Claims, and Charge Router (Mandatory).
• 2+ years of hands-on Epic PB Analyst experience, specifically in application build.
• Previous experience as a medical biller or coder.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, payer rules, and claim adjudication.
• Experience with Epic HB Administration is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
