Job description
About the role
Johnny S Gosal is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join the rental team at CC Equipment Ltd. and help customers get the right equipment and keep projects moving.
Responsibilities
- Manage rental inquiries, bookings, and contracts.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, pickups, and returns.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, and existing customers.
- Work with the service team to ensure equipment is ready for rent.
- Identify rental opportunities and grow the rental business.
Requirements
- Previous rental or equipment industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of equipment and the construction industry is an asset.
