Job description
KD-Staffing, LLC is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for permanent, full-time positions in Fort Mohave, Arizona. Openings are available in the Emergency Room (ER), Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). Qualified candidates may receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and full relocation package in exchange for a three-year commitment.
Available RN Positions and Shifts
- Med-Surg RN: Full-time, 12-hour night shifts
- Emergency Room RN: 12-hour night shifts
- PACU RN: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in the assigned unit.
- Assess patient needs and support safe, effective care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited professional nursing school.
- At least one year of RN experience in Med-Surg, Emergency Room, PACU, and/or Cath Lab.
- Current Arizona RN license or compact-state RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of experience in Med-Surg, ER, and/or PACU nursing.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
