We are seeking an experienced Technical ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
⚠️ KEY REQUIREMENT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This is NOT a purely functional ERP PM or a general Project Manager role.
We need a TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL ERP PM with a strong technical/engineering background who understands ERP technical implementation, system integrations, data flows, and cross-functional delivery.
Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of project/program management experience.
Strong technical background with ERP implementation and integration knowledge.
Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations; Oracle ERP Cloud is strongly preferred.
End-to-end program management, governance, planning, execution, and go-live.
Hands-on understanding of ERP integrations, data conversion, testing, cutover, and deployment.
Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors.
Strong risk, budget, schedule, dependency, and executive stakeholder management.
Preferred:
Retail industry experience.
PLM experience, especially Lectra Kubix.
