• Open to feedback, emotionally mature, and ready to grow not just technically, but as a person
• A communicator who shows up for the team and brings solutions, not complaints
• Flexible and collaborative - you thrive in a small, still-building, heart-led environment
• Weekend availability is required
• Some evening flexibility too

Schedule

• Part-time role by design
• Up to 28 hours/week
