Job description
What You’ll Do
• Quantity takeoffs & cost estimates
• Review plans, specs, addenda & RFIs
• Support proposals, pricing & bid packages
• Commercial masonry/stucco/structural stone
What You Need
• 3+ years construction estimating
• Plan reading & scope analysis
• Experience with major estimating/takeoff software
• Bluebeam or similar digital takeoff tools
• Strong Excel skills
• Masonry experience preferred
• Self-directed, adaptable, comfortable working remotely
