Job description
About the role
4Tress Construction is a Florida certified general contractor building since 2011 and a Miami-Dade County certified SBE.
As a subcontractor, we self-perform stucco, metal framing, drywall and finishes for general contractors on commercial, luxury residential and public projects across South Florida.
Tasks
- Review bid invitations and plans from general contractors
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and pricing for stucco, framing, drywall and finishes
- Put together clear proposals with scope, inclusions and exclusions
- Work side by side with our business development and operations team
Requirements
- Experience estimating stucco, framing and drywall, or similar trades
- Comfortable reading architectural plans and specifications
- Experience with takeoff software
- English required, Spanish a plus
