• preparing accurate material takeoffs
• connect with clients to work through project details and changes
• connect with suppliers to confirm pricing, products, and lead times

Requirements

• at least two years of construction-related or estimating experience
• confident reading architectural drawings
• comfortable with Excel and Word
• able to juggle multiple projects without missing the details
• Experience in commercial construction, flooring, or Measure estimating software is a bonus.
