Job description
Seeking a detail-oriented Demolition Estimator and Project Manager in Thornton, Colorado. This full-time, on-site role combines client outreach, bid preparation, accurate digital takeoffs, and project coordination for demolition, concrete cutting, and coring services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify clients, projects, and contacts seeking bids for demolition, concrete cutting, and coring work.
- Prepare and submit bids through platforms such as The Blue Book, BuildingConnected, and PlanHub, as well as by direct email and other methods.
- Use Bluebeam takeoff software efficiently to produce accurate quantity takeoffs.
- Use Excel and PDF documents to prepare quotes and bids.
- Attend job walks and site visits as needed.
- Assist with project management, including scheduling, contract paperwork, rental equipment, and communication with the operations manager.
Qualifications
- Able to work independently without direct supervision while remaining efficient and productive.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills suited to a small office and company environment.
- Professional in phone, text, email, and in-person communications.
- Clean background, drug-free, and a valid driver's license required.
Schedule and Benefits
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
