Job description
Find clients, projects, contacts, etc. in need of bids for our services. Create & send bids using variety of methods, including the bluebook, building connected, planhub, direct emails, etc. Must be able to efficiently use bluebeam takeoff software to produce accurate take-offs. Familiar with excel & pdf’s to create quotes/bids/etc. Attend job walks/site visits as needed. Assist with managing projects, to include scheduling, contracting paperwork, rental equip, communicating with operations manager, etc. Must be able to work independently, without supervision, while still being efficient & productive. Must be able to effectively communicate and work as a team with others in a small office/company. Professional in all forms of communications, to include phone calls, texts, emails, and in person, etc. Clean background, drug free, valid driver license.
