Job description
Position: Oracle OIC DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Oracle OIC Developer to provide technical expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Build and support scalable, secure, and reliable integrations leveraging Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).Develop and enhance modern user interfaces using the Oracle Redwood Framework and JavaScript.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions aligned with business requirements.Support the project throughout Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.Review, validate, and troubleshoot integration builds during SIT and UAT to ensure quality, stability, and deployment readiness.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle integration best practices, providing technical guidance and ensuring consistent development standards.Identify opportunities to optimize integration performance, reliability, and maintainability

Required QualificationsProven experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle HCM Cloud.Experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.Experience developing user interfaces with the Oracle Redwood Framework and JavaScript.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including CRP, SIT, and UAT.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
