About the role
At Dusit Thani Bangkok, the Event Services & Catering Manager is responsible for maximizing group and event sales revenues and ensuring guest satisfaction during in-house events. The role acts as a liaison between clients or meeting planners and hotel operations.
Responsibilities
- Reply to incoming inquiries and send proposals and information in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction during events in-house.
- Act as a liaison between clients or meeting planners and hotel operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to execute meetings and events with the highest guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hotel management or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of catering or sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star class environment.
- Full understanding of the luxury hotel market.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
