Tasks
- leading the set‐up of specialized sound, audio, visual, and live‐streaming equipment for conference rooms and Statehouse events
- troubleshooting equipment failures
- organizing timelines from worksheets
- assessing event spaces for required gear
- transports furniture and gear
- prepares rooms, cleans and resets spaces
- maintains inventory
- leading other staff during events
