Events Supervisor

About the role

Bring our 26+ annual events across BC to life-from planning and promotion to seamless execution.

Tasks

• Plan and promote events, expos and career fairs from start to finish.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors and exhibitors.
• Act as the primary onsite contact for exhibitors, sponsors and event partners.
• Lead on-site operations and keep events running smoothly.
• Manage multiple event timelines, budgets, vendors, venues and exhibitors.
• Lead on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally.
• White glove client care

Requirements

• Strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills.
• A resourceful multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout BC.
• Experience in events, marketing, sales or hospitality is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Availability to travel throughout BC regularly (valid Driver’s Licence)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

• $56,000/year plus expenses
