Key Responsibilities

• Monitor exams to deter misconduct and ensure a fair testing environment.
• Follow examination procedures and protocols carefully.
• Prepare the examination room and distribute exam materials.
• Explain exam rules and processes clearly to students.
• Address issues or irregularities promptly and appropriately.
• Collect and secure completed exam materials after each session.
• Document incidents and report them to the appropriate authorities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate with an understanding of examination protocols.
• Strong observation and monitoring skills.
• Clear, assertive communication with students.
• Previous experience in education or as an exam invigilator is an advantage.
