DK Immigration Services is hiring a full-time Excavator Driver / Digger in Tirnawannagh, Bawnboy, Ireland. Join a construction team focused on quality, safe operations, and collaboration. In this role, you will operate heavy machinery and complete excavation work that supports project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently across project sites.
- Prepare and maintain excavation areas, tools, and equipment.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and routine equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on project specifications and schedules.
- Complete trenching, grading, and foundation digging in accordance with safety and compliance requirements.
- Monitor work for safety and efficiency and make adjustments as needed.
- Keep accurate work records and report equipment issues and hazards to supervisors.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating excavators; at least two years is preferred.
- Strong understanding of excavation safety protocols.
- Heavy machinery operator certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with standard excavation tools and equipment.
Team and Reporting
Work alongside skilled operators, site managers, and safety officers. You will report to the site supervisor and collaborate with project team members to meet project goals.
