Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to support one of our U.S.-based clients. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support, helping ensure the day-to-day activities of the business run efficiently.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
You should have excellent communication skills in English, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional support in a fast-paced remote environment.
Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare, edit, format, and proofread business documents, including reports, presentations, letters, contracts, and other correspondence.Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date databases.Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.Manage email communications and respond to phone calls professionally.Support social media management by scheduling posts and assisting with content creation.Assist with office administration, project coordination, and other operational tasks as assigned.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support business efficiency.
QualificationsAdvanced English proficiency (written and verbal).At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, executive support, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management software.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
