About the role
Confidential is seeking an Executive Assistant to handle inquiries, coordinate with clients, therapists, suppliers and partners, and support company schedules, bookings and office follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries through phone, Messenger, WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with clients, therapists, suppliers and partners.
- Relay instructions and follow up until tasks are completed.
- Provide clear daily and weekly progress reports.
- Manage schedules, meetings and reminders.
- Assist with bookings, documents and simple Excel reports.
- Handle company errands and office follow-ups when needed.
- Keep company information confidential.
Requirements
- At least one year of admin, assistant or customer-service experience; fresh graduates with strong potential may apply.
- Good English and Filipino communication skills.
- Professional, organized, proactive and trustworthy.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace and social media.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati.
