Executive Director

Seeking a community-minded, collaborative, and hands-on leader with experience in social services, community services, non-profit organizations, or a related field. Responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to staff and volunteers, overseeing programs and services, supporting staff development, preparing and monitoring budgets, identifying funding opportunities, maintaining relationships with funders and partners, supporting the Board, overseeing administrative activities, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring activities align with the mission and values. Qualifications include a post-secondary degree in Social Work, Social Services, Non-profit Management, or related, 3-5 years of responsible experience, supervisory or management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Experience working with the Asian community and registration with OCSWSSW are assets.
