Executive Manager Information Technology

Job Summary:
The Executive Manager – Information Technology provides strategic leadership for the Bank’s information technology and innovation functions. The role leads the development of the Bank’s technology strategy, architecture, service delivery, standards and procedures, ensuring that its technology supports current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the Bank’s information technology and innovation functions, including technology strategy, governance, policies and standards.
- Oversee the Bank’s technology structure, systems and service delivery to support reliable and efficient operations.
- Lead major technology projects and digital transformation initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of appropriate solutions.
- Manage technology and information-security risks and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Manage information technology budgets, vendors, contracts and service-level agreements to ensure value and effective service delivery.
