Executive Sales Representative

We're hiring: Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) | Remote
Arvenda is a staffing company connecting top LATAM talent with U.S.-based clients. We are recruiting a driven, commission-motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to support the busy holiday season through inbound sales, outbound B2B prospecting, and customer service.
This role operates on Central Time (CT): Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, and Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Full weekend availability is required — candidates must be comfortable with this schedule before applying.
Salary: 1,200 USD + commissions up to 3,000 USD
What you'll do
Contact and quickly follow up with inbound leads (15–20 weekly), focused on building value rather than high-pressure selling
Conduct outbound B2B prospecting targeting commercial clients — hotel managers, casino owners, shopping center operators — via LinkedIn, Google, and email
Present the core value proposition: permanent lighting solutions that increase customer foot traffic by up to 20%
Provide customer service and phone support to existing clients, including Spanish-speaking customers
Handle daily administrative tasks while maintaining strong sales performance and quota focus
What we're looking for
Bilingual — fluent English and Spanish, required
Strong sales-driven personality — dynamic, motivated by commission, and comfortable closing deals
Previous experience in inbound/outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead management
Ability to manage administrative tasks without losing focus on sales quotas
Full availability for the required schedule, including complete weekends
Comfortable with immediate start for the holiday season
