Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience.
- 5–6+ years of expert-level Figma experience.
- Strong experience designing Native Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) and Desktop Web Applications.
- Expertise in Prototyping, Wireframing, User Journeys, and Design Systems.
- End-to-end product design leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel design projects.
- Preferred: Banking / Financial Services experience.
- Candidates must be open to full-time conversion without visa sponsorship.
