Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems following industry standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to restore system functionality efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs. Perform routine maintenance and ensure all work complies with safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and optimize service schedules. Accurately document service calls and repairs using company software. Stay current with HVAC and refrigeration industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proven hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of HVAC safety compliance standards. Relevant HVAC or refrigeration certifications preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration field recommended.
