Job description
Discount AC & Refregiration of Phoenix is hiring an experienced Commercial AC Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site position with estimated pay of $75,000 per year, including base pay and bonuses. No license is needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to help ensure reliable, efficient operation.
- Diagnose and repair commercial air conditioning and heating equipment while following safety procedures.
- Install commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork and electrical connections.
- Respond to service calls, communicate clearly with clients, and explain completed work.
- Document repairs and preventive maintenance in accurate service records.
- Work with teammates to resolve complex equipment issues and share best practices.
- Keep current with HVAC technologies and industry developments to make informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 3 years of relevant commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
- Experience with HVAC tools, equipment, and related electrical components.
- EPA certification or other industry-standard certifications strongly preferred.
- Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
