This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year plus bonuses. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems to maintain peak performance.
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating equipment issues following safety standards.
• Install new commercial HVAC systems including ductwork and electrical connections from start to finish.
• Respond promptly to service calls, building strong client relationships with clear communication.
• Keep detailed service records documenting repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex system problems and share best practices.
• Stay current with HVAC industry trends and technologies to advise clients effectively.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• Proficient with HVAC tools and electrical components related to HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification or similar industry certifications strongly preferred.
