Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparations.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and ensure adherence to recipes and protocols.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

This full-time position reports directly to the Head Chef and requires a collaborative approach with fellow cooks and kitchen staff. Team members may also work alongside front-of-house staff to ensure seamless customer service aligned with culinary offerings.

Compensation: $18 per hour.
