Job description
Tasks
- Build full estimates and takeoffs for commercial and residential projects
- Read blueprints and specs like a second language
- Gather and compare sub and supplier quotes, then lock in bid pricing
- Juggle multiple tenders and hit every deadline
- Mentor junior estimators
Requirements
- 2+ years in construction estimating
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bluebeam and/or HeavyBid experience (AutoCAD is a bonus)
- A valid driver's licence

- $55K–$90K, based on experience
