Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate locks and security systems to recommend repairs or replacements.
• Perform key cutting for various lock types and security devices.
• Install, repair, and maintain locks including deadbolts, electronic locks, and padlocks.
• Respond promptly to emergency lockout service calls for homes and vehicles.
• Advise customers on security improvements and the latest locking technologies.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and manage tool and supply inventory.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
