Property Preservation Vendor in Vidalia, GA

Seeking experienced property preservation and rehabilitation vendors to complete work orders at vacant, bank-owned properties in Vidalia, Georgia, and surrounding counties. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for insured professionals with hands-on experience in property preservation or rehab work.

Responsibilities

• Complete property repairs, trash-outs, landscaping, and other assigned work orders.
• Perform lawn care, lock and lockbox changes, boarding, winterization, and snow removal as needed.
• Handle roofing and general repairs, mold work, insurance repairs, renovations, and remodeling.
• Follow job instructions, deadlines, and bank, investor, and client workmanship standards.
• Use technology to manage work orders and communicate actively about job progress.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in property preservation or rehabilitation.
• Insured, professional, and responsible, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.
• Comfortable using technology and maintaining clear communication.
• Able to provide the counties you can cover.

Payment
