Job description
Join Brittany as an Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Piscataway, New Jersey. We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic ABA/RBT Therapist to provide dedicated 1:1 support to our client. Evening sessions focus on enhancing communication, cooperation, and behavior-support routines.
What You’ll Do
- Implement structured ABA programs targeting communication, early learning, and behavior reduction
- Collect and chart data during every session to track progress
- Follow BCBA guidance and actively participate in supervision meetings
- Support parent carryover and assist with daily routines
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Schedule
- Evening sessions: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, 3 days per week (consistent evening block)
- Saturday sessions: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days
- Experience working with young children on the autism spectrum preferred
- Reliable transportation to client’s home and daycare environments
- Comfortable working in home and daycare settings
