Job description
Brittany is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, in-person role in Piscataway, New Jersey. Work one-on-one with a child during consistent evening and Saturday sessions, supporting communication, cooperation, early learning, and behavior-support routines.
Responsibilities
- Implement structured ABA programs focused on communication, early learning, and behavior reduction.
- Collect and chart session data accurately.
- Follow BCBA guidance and participate in supervision.
- Support parent carryover and everyday routines.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication.
Schedule
- Evenings: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, three days per week.
- Saturdays: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification required; candidates willing to obtain certification within 60 days may be considered.
- At least one year of ABA/RBT experience required.
- Experience working with young children on the autism spectrum is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Piscataway, NJ 08520.
- Comfort working in both home and daycare environments.
