Key Responsibilities Implement structured ABA programs targeting communication, early learning, and behavior reduction tailored to client needs. Collect and chart accurate session data to track client progress and inform BCBA supervision. Collaborate closely with BCBA supervisors by following guidance and attending regular supervision meetings. Support parent carryover by coaching and reinforcing daily routines and behavior-support strategies. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication with the client’s family and care team. Adapt interventions based on client responsiveness and BCBA feedback to maximize outcomes. Ensure a safe, nurturing environment in both home and daycare settings. Contribute to a positive team culture focused on client-centered care and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days. Minimum 1 year of experience delivering ABA therapy, preferably with young children on the autism spectrum. Reliable transportation to commute to Piscataway, NJ 08520. Comfortable working in home and daycare environments. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Experience supporting communication and behavior support routines in 1:1 therapy sessions.
