CpaMedia Tech is hiring a full-time Expert Job Match Specialist in Yonkers, New York. In this on-site role, you will connect clients and candidates with suitable job opportunities, support productive relationships, and help improve job placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client and candidate needs and match them with relevant job opportunities.
- Deliver professional, clear, and timely customer service and communication.
- Use job-matching software and related systems to manage placement activities.
- Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date client and candidate profiles.
- Follow up with clients and candidates to evaluate satisfaction and address concerns.
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions to improve job-matching processes.
- Track and analyze placement metrics to support continuous improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication, customer service, and technical skills.
- Experience using job-matching platforms or related software.
- One to three years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
Team and Reporting Structure
You will collaborate with placement coordinators, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, as well as marketing and operations teams. You will report to the Job Match Team Lead, who will provide ongoing support and mentorship.
