Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the hiring process, enhancing their experience and engagement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (2+ years preferred).
