Requirements
- Fully qualified F&I Manager
- Proven experience in a high-volume dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Professional, energetic and customer-focused
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- A proven track record of achieving F&I targets and maintaining high CSI
- Only suitably qualified and experienced candidates will be considered.
