FACETS Developer

About the role

We are looking for experienced TriZetto FACETS Developers with strong Healthcare Payer domain knowledge to support enterprise-level transformation, modernization, implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on FACETS development experience, strong SQL and .NET skills, and expertise in FACETS customizations, extensions, integrations, and batch processing.

Tasks

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions on the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Work on FACETS functional modules, including: Provider Management, Network Management & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Configuration, Claims Processing & Encounters.
• Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, interfaces, and integrations.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Support FACETS batch jobs, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support implementation projects, FACETS upgrades, regulatory mandates, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, SIT, UAT, and release management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience
• Healthcare Payer domain experience
• Strong FACETS front-end functionality and backend data model knowledge
• FACETS configuration, customization, and extensions
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning
• Strong .NET development experience
