Facilities Attendants

About the role

Citi Group is seeking Facilities Attendants.

Responsibilities

• Reception, tenant and visitor coordination: Welcome visitors, manage enquiries and maintain visitor records. Ensure proper registration and coordination.
• Security and access control: Monitor building access, keys, cards, CCTV and security incidents. Maintain controlled security, report safety incidents and take remedial action.
• Housekeeping and building presentation: Maintain reception areas, toilets, lifts, stairwells and entrances, ensuring order and cleanliness.
• Maintenance: Perform checklists and maintenance inspections, and ensure preventive and reactive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Tracking and reporting: Coordinate contractor access and ensure building inspections are documented.
• Administration, communication and records: Ensure logs and records remain accurate and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preference is given to candidates residing in Kondobu and Downtown.
