Job description
CURRENT VACANCY - FACILITIES ATTENDANTS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• RECEPTION, TENANT & VISITOR COORDINATION: Start reception, reception and visiters and manage visitors, manage enquiries/cro.. and maintain visitor records. Ensure proper registration and coordination.
• SECURITY & ACCESS CONTROL: Monitor building access, keys/cards, CCTV and security incidents; ensure controlled security; report safety incidents and take remedial action.
• HOUSEKEEPING & BUILDING PRESENTATION: Maintain reception areas, toilets, lifts, stairwells, entrances; ensure proper order and cleanliness.
• MAINTENANCE & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE TASKS: Perform checklists and maintenance inspections; ensure preventative and reactive maintenance schedules are followed.
• TRACKING/REPORTING: Coordinate the contractor access and ensure building inspections are documented.
• ADMIN, COMMUNICATION & RECORDS: Ensure logs and records remain accurate and up to date.
• GENERAL SUPPORT: Perform other duties as assigned.
