Facilities Maintenance Technician II in Tolleson, AZ

Prologic Consulting Inc is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician II in Tolleson, Arizona. This full-time, on-site role supports the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems and equipment across corporate facilities and other company properties in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Pay is $25 per hour.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, repair building systems, and respond to maintenance requests. The ideal candidate has facilities maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with building engineers, contractors, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment, fixtures, doors, windows, flooring, wall finishes, and related building components.
• Troubleshoot material handling equipment (MHE), including belts, motors, photoelectric sensors, relays, and related electrical and mechanical systems.
• Repair minor plumbing systems, fixtures, water supply and drainage systems, and other building components.
• Inspect and maintain motors, pumps, valves, controls, thermostats, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and related equipment.
• Complete routine tasks such as lubrication, filter replacement, and cleaning exhaust ventilation and supply ducts.
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Document completed work and help maintain safe, efficient facility operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a related hands-on role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across building systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and operations teams.
• A valid driver's license is required. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check that includes a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) record check because the role requires driving company vehicles.
