Facilities Manager

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate services, or property administration, including leadership responsibility within a BPO, shared services, or multinational operational environment.Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end facilities operations including workplace administration, office services, site maintenance, space utilization, operational planning, and service delivery management.Strong capability in analyzing workplace service performance, customer feedback trends, operational escalations, and stakeholder requirements to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.Proven experience in vendor governance, contract administration, procurement coordination, asset lifecycle management, budget monitoring, and identification of cost optimization opportunities.In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, facilities compliance requirements, business continuity planning, incident management, emergency preparedness, and regulatory audit processes.Experience in analyzing operational reports, service level performance metrics, workflow efficiencies, and operational risks to recommend and implement sustainable process improvement initiatives.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capability with experience in leading cross-functional coordination efforts, supervising operational teams, and driving accountability across facilities operations.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, facilities management systems, service management platforms, reporting tools, and enterprise operational systems used for workplace administration and performance monitoring.
Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Property Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines preferred.Master's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields is an advantage.
