Facilities Technician

Tasks

• Cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior public spaces, including sanitary restrooms, at Arapahoe Basin Ski Area’s property
• Wiping down counters and sinks, sweeping up floor, emptying trash cans, replacing toilet paper and facial tissue, conducting litter pick up around exterior of buildings
• Assisting Building Maintenance Technicians with supply ordering information on products needed
• Following daily and weekly cleaning opening and closing checklist to ensure cleanliness of public areas including but not limited to vacuuming, snow shoveling, and sweeping in accordance with manager’s discretion

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2B
• May be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• At least six (6) months of maintenance or housekeeping experience

Schedule

• From Dec 15, 2026 to May 1, 2027

Pay

• $20.50 - $22.50
