Facility Support Lead

About the role

Meta is seeking a Facility Support Lead to join its Data Center Facility Operations (FacOps) team. The data centers serve as the foundation for the software that meets customer demands. The role oversees business functions for facility operations teams, including vendor and supplier management, the campus facility operations budget, partner-team liaison, business improvement processes and assessments, compliance programs, and implementation of business directives. The position also supports team collaboration, operational excellence, and monitoring and managing organizational health with local leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and administer the facility operating budget; support, consult, and advise the campus facility team on financial health.
• Support vendor management through budget execution, routine business reviews, contractor provisioning, financial and invoice management, and oversight of work quality against contractual and operational standards.
• Oversee contracted technicians responsible for facility maintenance and safe operations within agreed-upon SLAs, and provide direction for their assigned duties.
• Oversee property management, including data center campus housekeeping, furniture, landscaping, and site maintenance services.
• Liaise with culinary and micro-kitchen teams, including during the establishment of new buildings and locations.

Requirements

• Experience in data centers, corporate real estate, or another critical infrastructure industry, overseeing third-party contracts and resources for maintenance and operations.
