Job description
About the role
Kpir is hiring a Factory Production Operative for permanent work.
Responsibilities
- Component preparation: Sand, file, mask, and prepare timber doors and frames for laminating or painting.
- Product assembly: Assemble doorsets, install components, hinges, locks, and handles, and ensure proper alignment.
- Machinery operation: Feed raw materials into factory machinery such as edge banders, laminating presses, or timber mill cutters.
- Finishing and spraying: Apply spray finishes, lacquers, stains, or tints to meet custom client order specifications.
- Quality control: Inspect finished goods and identify and reject defects before packaging.
- Packing and dispatch: Label, protect, and safely pack completed door units for transit.
Requirements
- Experience in a production role and working with wood is beneficial.

- Monday to Thursday 07.00 till 16.30; Friday.
