Family Law Attorney

Key ResponsibilitiesManage an assigned caseload from intake and pleadings through mediation, hearing, trial, and final judgment.Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and proposed orders.Appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials throughout Florida as assigned.Maintain timely client communication and clear documentation in the case-management system.Direct paralegal work, calendar deadlines, and collaborate with the legal team on case strategy.Meet ethical, quality, productivity, and client-service standards.Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted membership in The Florida Bar.Family-law litigation experience in Florida.Strong legal writing, negotiation, courtroom, and client-management skills.Ability to manage competing deadlines and a full caseload.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for proceedings when required.Preferred QualificationsThree or more years of family-law experience.Trial experience and familiarity with Florida family-law rules.Rocket Matter or comparable case-management experience.
