Requirements
- Experience representing clients in family law cases
- Strong legal drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills
- Ability to advise clients on their legal rights and options
- Experience preparing cases for court proceedings
- Strong case management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain detailed case files and meet legal deadlines
- Up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and legal precedents
- Experience is required
