Job description
Tasks
- Providing individual and group sessions to develop life skills and promote healthy lifestyles, relationships, and personal well-being for youth within the community.
- Planning, developing and implementing Prevention Program services.
- Conduct individual and group sessions while providing a safe, nurturing environment for youth.
- Plan an ongoing series of youth Prevention Programs, offered at various times, including weekends, evenings and during school vacations, and work to prevent youth from going into care by offering services and supports with appeal.
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the delivery of support services to youth, etc.

- Female
- Completion of secondary High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
